Membership
There is one membership in the corporation for each lot in the Alpental Subdivision. Membership runs with the title to each lot and is held in the owner’s name(s). Each membership appurtenant to a lot shall have one vote on all matters before a meeting of the membership. There is no initiation fee for membership though there is a $25.00 service charge for a transfer of ownership. Membership lists and rosters are private and are only distributed to other members for non-commercial purposes. For complete membership information please refer to the Alpental Community Club Inc.
