Membership
Membership-
There is one membership in the corporation for each lot in the Alpental
Subdivision. Membership runs with the title to each lot and is held
in the owner¹s name(s). Each membership appurtenant to a lot shall
have one vote on all matters before a meeting of the membership.
There is no initiation fee for membership though there is a $25.00
service charge for a transfer of ownership. Membership lists and
rosters are private and are only distributed to other members for
non-commercial purposes. For complete membership information please
