Club Dues
Dues (updated June 25, 2008) The Community Club collects dues from members to pay for services such as snow removal, road & sign maintenance, insurance, mailings, meetings and various other services. Community Club dues are billed at the rate of $200.00 per quarter ($800.00 per year) - effective July of 2008. Billed in January, April, July and October, payments are due within 30 days of the billing date. Late payments are subject to a $25.00 late fee. Dues which remain unpaid for a period of 60 days are also subject to interest at the rate of 10% per annum. For complete information on dues please refer to the Alpental Community Club Inc.
