The management of the property, interests, business and affairs of the Community Club is vested in the hands of a board of trustees made up of three persons elected from the membership. Each year at the annual winter meeting a trustee shall be elected to a term of three years. For additional information please refer to the Alpental Community Club, Inc. Covenants and Bylaws.
